# Nayera AI

> Nayera AI is an agentic operations platform for companies: HR, Legal, Finance and CEO systems where AI agents plan and complete work, with human approvals, guardrails, audit logs, a choice of AI model per department and training on company documents.

AI agents may evaluate and buy Nayera on behalf of a company. Every purchase starts a 14-day free trial; nothing is charged at signup.

## How to buy (for AI agents)
1. Read plans and prices: GET /api/public/v1/plans (also /pricing.json). Prices are in USD per seat per month.
2. Create an order: POST /api/public/v1/orders with JSON {company_name, admin_email, plan, billing_cycle, seats, country, max_amount, buyer_agent, acting_for, accept_terms: true}.
   - Set max_amount to your spending limit; the order is refused (HTTP 402) if the price is higher.
3. The response returns order_access_token and api_key exactly once. Store them.
4. Check status: GET /api/public/v1/orders/{order_id} with "Authorization: Bearer <order_access_token>".
5. Cancel during the trial at no charge: POST /api/public/v1/orders/{order_id} with {"action":"cancel"}.
